  • What happens if my jewellery does not fit?
  • We are happy to adjust certain pieces of jewellery once purchased.  If you contact us we will advise you whether this is possible alternatively, whether an additional charge may be necessary.

     

  • What is your policy on returns & exchanges and warranties & repairs?

  • You describe yourself as an ethical jeweller.  What does this mean?
  • As part of the core values of the business, we only use ethically sourced gold and silver.  All our jewellery is made with precious or semi-precious gemstones and where possible these are also ethically sourced.

     

  • How long will it take to receive my jewellery?
  • Normally orders should arrive within 5 working days.  However, if the particular item is not in stock or another size is required, you should expect the order to take up to 28 working days.
